Ho Ho Ho, Merry Christmas!
Just taking a minute to share my newest Santa that I will be putting up for sale. Also wanted to wish you all Merry Christmas and hope that all your wishes and dreams come true this year.
This is one of my hand carved wooden Santas. I am trying to finish up projects started years ago and never quite finished. It takes forever to carve these from wood. I love the addition of the giraffe in his basket, kind of wild but fun. Thanks for sharing my work with me, I appreciate your support and comments throughout the year. Tammy

Spookytime update!
Merry Christmas everyone! It's time for the update on the 13th of this month and I have a very special Santa I would like to give a sneak peek of. This is one of those pieces that I have been working on for over 3 years and many, many hours of work. I love how he turned out and putting together the toys on his garland he holds was so much fun! He is a carved wooden Santa that stands over 21" tall. I sculpted his face and beard however, so I could give him the detail I felt he needed. Hope you are all enjoying the season and will take a few minutes to drop by and check out the art on Spookytimejingles. There are some wonderful offerings this month.
Sharing a sculpture or two!
October was a different month for our family. My father in law passed away at the age of 99 and it was sad but a blessing too. What a rich and full life he led. I haven't had a chance to share much of the few things I managed to make that month so I thought I would show a few of my favorite. This witch bust was so fun! Every once and awhile I capture a feeling and she has so much joy in her face. Thanks for stopping by.

Trick and Treat, Pumpkin brothers
I just wanted to introduce two little brothers, Trick and Treat. These two go everywhere together and they are really excited for Halloween. These two just make me laugh every time I look at them. My son won't leave them alone, he likes them so much! I'm clearing shelves, dusting off cobwebs and getting ready to put up some Halloween decorations. Hurray!

" Under a Halloween Moon" eggs
Hi everyone, One of my brand new creations and then I will be off for at least a week filling orders. I just love these gourd eggs. They are so much fun to hold. Of course I spent way to much time on each one but it was pure pleasure painting them. They come in their very own vintage wooden bowl and they even rattle inside. Who knows what will hatch? Thanks for sharing my work with me. Tammy
PS...These have sold, wish I could keep them

There was an old witch that...
There was an old witch who lived in a hat. She looked out the window and says "Where's that darn cat?"
The cat was upstairs trying to eat him a crow
and the bird laughed and pooped with a "Watch out below!"
I am still laughing at the poem my sister, Sue, wrote when I sent her pictures of my latest sculpt. She is one clever person! This is a new design for me and it is sold. I have new respect for miniature artists as it was really hard to sculpt a tiny witch and cat! Thanks for sharing my art with me.

Party Pumpkin Stack
Did you know that when a bunch of pumpkins get together on Halloween for a party that one of them inevitably shouts "Pumpkin stack!"? Then there's a mad scramble and no one wants to be on top. Look at this little guy, he is scared to death! I love doing these, I kept laughing every time I looked at their faces. This ornament sold right away but I am busily working on more for the Halloween season. Thanks for stopping by and sharing my work with me.

A bucket of moonbeams and stars
I just finished this piece and just love this big grinning moon! I think it would look great with some Autumn flowers in it since it is waterproof. I think it would be great with Halloween shakers too. I think I am going to look around for some more to do. This one is sold but I do have my Moonlight witch up on ebay this week for those who might be interested. Hope you are all enjoying the summer.

Hoot, hoot...owl ornaments
My regular job has slowed to a trickle so I am having so much fun making new designs! I am especially happy with these two owl ornaments. One was a suggestion from a great customer and I thought the squirrel turned out so cute. Then I just had to try an owl in a witch hat. I loved watching Molly the owl hatch her chicks on the internet last year. So I had to do a barn owl. It has such a magical look. I might have to do more of these. Both are sold. Thanks for sharing my art with me.

AHQU and Moonlight madness
Hello everyone,
Yes, it's me again, with my newest ornament. I am calling this one moonlight madness because I think the moonlight has gone to their heads! Something is awfully funny! Starting this month of August, AHQU, is featuring a separate ornament page. I've seen some of the goodies and there is some real treasures. These little celestial bodies are my offering for this month. When I started selling folk art over 3 years ago, these moon ornaments were one of the first things I did. Be sure and stop by and check everything out. The Bootique opens around noon on August 1st. Thanks for stopping by.
