More Moonlight Laughter

I thought I would share a new set of gourd eggs I painted for a customer.  She wanted a set of my moonlight laughter eggs only in non Halloween colors.  I thought they turned out well.  Thank you for stopping by, Tammy.

I'm back! New Cat for Spooky Time Jingles

Hi everyone, After a three month illness, I am finally back in my studio creating.  It feels so good too. I finished up a black cat roly poly I had started months ago and I like him so much I am going to do an owl next!  I did something different on this one by sewing some dyed corn husks together for a collar. It turned out so vintagey! Wait...is that a word? It is now I guess.  Be sure to drop by the Spooky Time Jingles website for the May 13th update. Spookytimejingles update!

I have just finished my Santa for the Spookytime update and I know, Santa? I just had a few more things to finish and I do love making them. The one I will be offering is a nutcracker Santa. The other is one I finished and sold a few weeks ago. Both of these are hand carved wood with a few sculpted details. I love adding all the goodies to them. I hand painted 5 tiny unfinished nutcrackers for the nutcracker Santa and love how they turned out but they took me hours and hours of painting. These are fairly large Santas and the largest is 16" tall. Now on to Valentines day goodies. I have some ideas... Thanks for sharing my art with me!

Ho Ho Ho, Merry Christmas!

Just taking a minute to share my newest Santa that I will be putting up for sale. Also wanted to wish you all Merry Christmas and hope that all your wishes and dreams come true this year.
This is one of my hand carved wooden Santas. I am trying to finish up projects started years ago and never quite finished. It takes forever to carve these from wood. I love the addition of the giraffe in his basket, kind of wild but fun. Thanks for sharing my work with me, I appreciate your support and comments throughout the year. Tammy

Okay, they are probably just planning Christmas present quotas but they sure whisper a lot when I am working. Just finished these little hand carved elves and will be shipping them off today. Spookytime update!

Merry Christmas everyone! It's time for the update on the 13th of this month and I have a very special Santa I would like to give a sneak peek of. This is one of those pieces that I have been working on for over 3 years and many, many hours of work. I love how he turned out and putting together the toys on his garland he holds was so much fun! He is a carved wooden Santa that stands over 21" tall. I sculpted his face and beard however, so I could give him the detail I felt he needed. Sharing a sculpture or two!

October was a different month for our family. My father in law passed away at the age of 99 and it was sad but a blessing too. What a rich and full life he led. I haven't had a chance to share much of the few things I managed to make that month so I thought I would show a few of my favorite. This witch bust was so fun! Every once and awhile I capture a feeling and she has so much joy in her face. Thanks for stopping by.

Plethora of pumpkins!

Moon and Stars on eBay

It's been quite awhile since I have had something to offer on Ebay and I am excited to see what happens. This little fellow has so much work and detail in him, I hope people can see it.
