About Me

My photo
Light and Shadow Studio
Montana, United States
My name is Tammy and I love making one of a kind original folk art. After 25 years of working as a designer and production artist for a gift company, I decided to start doing what I truly love! I love to sculpt and I love folk art. Especially Halloween and the odd Santa too. I sculpt in paper clay and take pride in using German glass glitter, rare and unusual ribbons and findings in my work. Gourds grown here in the USA form the foundation for much of my work. I also love to carve and enjoy incorporating wooden treasures to my work. I feel so blessed to be finally doing what inspires me and have received so much support! It has been a humbling experience. I live in the mountains of Montana with my husband and one very bossy Scottish terrier.
