BOOOoooooO! Time for the Queen's Bootique opening.

The Halloween Queen's Castle Bootique updates tonight! I heard rumors it might be open a little early because of spooky weather conditions back East. Isn't it wonderful that you can sit nice and cozy in your house and shop for Halloween spooktacular art?? I have one offering and here is a sneak peak at her. She is in response to a Mother's Day challenge of " A face only a mother could love". Be sure and check in to read all the details. Should be fun! Also showing a recent sculpture completed for a great lady. I love these wonderful old witch faces. I could just make them forever. Thanks for sharing my art with me! Tammy

Halloween goodies!

Hi everybody, Just wanted to share a few of my recent creations. All have been sold. Hopefully, after I finish making some new pieces for the National Halloween convention for Spookytimejingles, I will have more to offer. The first is a fun green haired witch ornament. I love her face and all the wonderful color in her. Next is something new for me, a pumpkin totem ornament. I had so much fun doing these faces and plan to do a few more. The last is a witch bust I did. The biggest I have ever done, coming in at 19". I am so pleases with how she turned out. A customer has tried for a long, long time to get one of my pieces and always just missed them. She asked if I would take pity on her and make something for her birthday. Lucky for her, since I have stopped taking custom orders right now. But how can you turn down a birthday request! So here she is. Thanks for dropping by and sharing my art work with me. Happy Easter!

New Castle boutique opening!

I am so excited to announce the opening of the Halloween Queens Castle boutique! I have been a member of the Halloween queens art group (AHQU) and boy, are we a lively group and have soooo much fun. This is the grand opening of our selling blog and I am proud to offer one of my hand sculpted witch ornament. I am particularly proud of this one. I put a lot of extra time in to sculpting all her features and wrinkles for a very cronish looking witch. Love her two tone hair especially. I am only showing one side view picture, hoping you will take the time to come visit and take a peek at all of my fellow artist as well. New work will be featured on the first of each month. Should be some spooktacular art!

Santa Tambourine

A very sweet and patient customer has waited over a year for me to complete her request for a tambourine with Santa and mice. FINALLY...I got it done and am very happy with how it turned out. These tambourines are so much fun and I love finding all the ribbons and such. Thanks for sharing my art with me.

STJ Easter Hootenanny Sneak Peek!

It has been so long since I have had something new to feature on my blog! I am so proud to present my Easter Bunny in his beautiful Easter egg home. The egg is a real large Ostrich egg! I have had several of these for years and wanted to do something with them. I must say he is eggceptional! I had so much fun sculpting him and of course lots of glitter and spring colors. He will be available for purchase tonight at 12 midnight Eastern time. Make sure and visit the SpookyTime Jingles website (link at top right) and see all the eggcellent goodies from my wonderful artist friends. As always, thanks for stopping by. Tammy

STILL filling orders!

Yes, here I am still plugging away trying to get all my Christmas orders done by Christmas. It has become obvious to me that I won't make it in time. Some of them just take way longer than expected. I hate to disappoint people. Especially since most asked way back in the summer. Life happens though. I did just finish two that I wanted to share. One is a Blue jay for a woman whose husband loves them, should be beautiful on a tree. Don't anyone write and ask for one though! It was incredibly time consuming. the other is a silver tabby ornament with mice. I never knew that a silver tabby was a separate breed. Gorgeous cats! I learned a lot from both of these ornaments and that's always worth it.

Filling orders!

I have had a fe w people ask me why I haven't been posting new things and I wanted to let everyone know I have been very busy catching up with requests. I am still far behind. Here are two that I am very pleased with and thought I would share. We have a beautiful snow falling today and it is really getting me more into the Christmas mood!
